This agreement is between you (the customer) and Organized Inventory, a Slingbuilt product. It covers the website at organizedinventory.com and the app at app.organizedinventory.com.

Organized Inventory is a photo inventory for insurance claims, estates, and everyday home records. You import or capture what you own. The service uses AI to name items, judge condition, and find replacement costs. You can export a priced list (CSV or Excel) for your insurer. The product used to be free. Going forward it is paid, and the first 10 pictures stay free.

While your subscription is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Organized Inventory software for that subscription. This is a license to use the software. It is not a sale of the software, and you do not become the owner of the software.

Use the service only in a lawful way. Do not disrupt the service. Do not attempt unauthorized access to the service, to another account, or to our systems.

You may not reverse engineer the software.

If you cancel your subscription, the license ends when the subscription is canceled. Ending the license is not the same as deleting your data right away.

If you cancel your subscription, we keep your data for 30 days, then delete it.

You cancel in your account. It is self-serve. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your license ends when the subscription is canceled. We still keep your data for the retention period on this page, then delete it.

Liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages.

We may change this agreement by posting an updated version on this page.

If we change this agreement, we will post the new version on this page at least 30 days before it applies. The date at the top of the page is the date of the latest change.
